Dairy Queen® Bringing Hope to Kids at Dayton Children’s on Miracle Treat Day® July 31st.

The DQ® brand is bringing health and hope to kids at Dayton Children’s Hospital, a member hospital of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Dayton Children’s wants to ensure the children in our community can lead healthy, fulfilling lives. But they can’t do it alone.

On Thursday, July 31st, participating DQ® locations are giving back to positively change the health of children in our community. $1 or more from every Blizzard® Treat sold at participating DQ® locations will go directly to support local kids in your community. Through these donations, Dayton Children’s Hospital can provide treatments and support patients desperately need today, so that they can fulfill their potential for tomorrow.

Patients like Charlotte. At just 14 months old, Charlotte was diagnosed with a rare form of kidney cancer – Wilms Tumor. She bravely endured multiple rounds of chemotherapy and surgery, overcoming every challenge with fierce determination. Now cancer-free for seven years, Charlotte is an active and joyful 11-year-old who loves sports and embraces her nickname, ‘Fierce Charlotte,’ inspiring everyone around her with her strength and spirit. 

The DQ® brand has been a proud partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals for 1984 years and has raised more than $413,000 locally for Dayton Children’s Hospital since 2004. Their support has brought joy and hope to kids treated in the hospital in numerous ways — these donations have helped provide life-saving and life-changing equipment and technology for kids.
