At the age of 6 months, Stefani was transferred to Special Care Unit, where she met her future adoptive mother, Children’s nurse Jennifer Swindle. After a successful surgery, Stefanie has thrived. She loves to swim, go to the beach, play in the sand and splash around in the bathtub.
