Smiling Eyes Say It All

On Monday evening, thanks to the generosity of the DQ Crew in Auburn, Maine, the night shift staff and caregivers at Maine Medical Center (MMC) were in for a sweet surprise. The Auburn Crew donated 1,000 Dilly Bars to the medical center to recognize the heroic efforts of those who come to work every night to care for our community, especially during the COVID-19 crisis.

While staff members across the hospital were donning protective face masks, their smiling eyes said it all.

The Auburn Crew are no strangers to supporting the medical center. Each year, they participate in a variety of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ campaigns – including the ever popular Miracle Treat Day – to raise funds for The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at MMC; and we couldn’t be more grateful.
